Required Documentation

Prior to shipping your order, CVT must have on file a current copy of your tobacco license and current Sales and Use Certificate. Tobacco dealers are responsible to report and pay all taxes due except in Connecticut.

We do not do accept orders for cigars from the states of California, Ohio or Maryland.

Payment

We accept checks, money order and credit card paments. A COD fee of $10 applies. We except Visa & MasterCard charge cards only. Sorry no extended payment terms are offered.

The billing address of your credit card must match the shipping (business location) address or if using personal credit card the billing/shipping address must be put on as a secondary address.

Return & Exchange Policy

All items are inspected prior to shipping and are in perfect condition when they leave our warehouse. All returns must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 48 hours in order to obtain a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on your package. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for all returned merchandise. All merchandise must be returned in resellable condition. We are not responsible for return postage.
